1. About us

2. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. They are not medicines, foodstuffs, cosmetics or supplements, and are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis or treatment. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you will use the products only for lawful research, and that you are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of them safely and in line with the law. We may decline any order at our discretion.
3. Orders
Sending an order through this website creates an order request, not a binding order. A contract only exists once we have confirmed availability, the total price and delivery with you, and you have paid. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in South African rand. Where a price is shown as "on request", we confirm it with you before you pay. Delivery fees are quoted separately. If a price on the website is wrong because of an error, we will tell you before you pay, and you may proceed at the correct price or cancel. We do not take payment on this website; payment details are sent to you directly after your order is confirmed.
5. Delivery
We deliver within South Africa by courier. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & delivery page.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You may cancel free of charge before dispatch. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded as described in our Returns & refunds policy. Because of their storage requirements, products can't be returned for change of mind once dispatched.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use or misuse of our products, including any use other than lawful research, or for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

The content, logo and images on this website belong to NEXORA. Product information is provided for research reference and may be updated without notice.
9. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
